Hewlett gets high marks from grantees

Nonprofits funded by William and Flora Hewlett Foundation give it high marks for achieving its goals but wish it did more to communicate goals and strategies to grant recipients, says survey of over 800 Hewlett  grantees by Center for Effective Philanthropy.
